fresh（新しい・できたての）+ -ly（〜に）。「新たに・〜したばかりで」という副詞で、後ろに過去分詞を置いて「〜したての」という形でよく使う。

freshly baked bread（焼きたてのパン）、freshly brewed coffee（いれたてのコーヒー）、freshly painted（ペンキ塗りたて）が典型。店の宣伝文句や掲示に出るので、freshly + 過去分詞＝「〜したて」と型で覚えておくと読み取りが速い。
